Margarita Camit
Co-Founder Meg Camit is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Encore Global Team. An entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience building and scaling a digital printing and marketing company.
As a hands-on business owner, she understands the real challenges that come with growth, operational efficiency, and managing overhead while maintaining quality service.
Through building her own business, Meg experienced firsthand the value of integrating remote professionals into daily operations. By building a reliable remote team, she was able to improve productivity, streamline processes, and create more operational flexibility—without sacrificing performance. That experience shaped her belief that the right remote support is not just convenient, but a strategic advantage for growing businesses.
At Encore Global Team, Meg helps U.S. businesses build dependable remote teams by connecting them with skilled Filipino professionals who can contribute meaningfully and grow alongside the companies they support.

Dean Janis
Co-FounderDean Janis is a Co-Founder of Encore Global Team, and is the Chief Legal Officer for the company. Dean is a licensed attorney (California Bar), with 35 years of experience, including nearly twenty with one of the world’s largest premier firms and the last sixteen with his own firm. Dean is especially excited to be a co-founder and member of Encore Global Team given its commitment to enhance the lives of Filipinos, and given Dean’s love and affection for the Filipino people and culture (which he would have said even if he wasn’t married to one).

Princess Mirabueno
Co-FounderPrincess Mirabueno is Co-Founder and Head of Operations at Encore Global Team. She brings a background in recruitment, operations, and remote team development. She has worked closely with U.S.-based businesses in building remote teams, improving hiring processes, and creating systems that support long-term growth and accountability.
At EGT, Princess focuses on evaluating both clients and remote professionals to ensure strong alignment from the start. Her approach goes beyond simply filling roles—she believes successful remote teams are built through clear expectations, reliable communication, and mutual respect on both sides.
Having previously co-founded a recruitment and outsourcing company, she brings hands-on experience in understanding both business needs and the realities of remote work. She is especially passionate about creating fair, stable, and meaningful opportunities for Filipino remote professionals, while helping businesses build dependable teams they can grow with over time.

Melody Tecson
Co-FounderMelody Tecson is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Encore Global Team, bringing more than 30 years of leadership experience in global product management, business strategy, and consumer technology. Prior to co-founding EGT, she served as Vice President of Product Management at Belkin International, where she led global product portfolios, cross functional teams, and large scale growth initiatives across multiple business units and international markets.
At Encore Global Team, Melody focuses on business strategy, client alignment, operational excellence, and helping companies scale effectively through high performing remote talent solutions. Her approach combines executive business leadership with a practical understanding of what growing companies truly need, including reliable execution, accountability, and the ability to free leaders to focus on growth.
Melody is passionate about building meaningful partnerships, developing strong teams, and helping businesses create smarter and more scalable ways of working while delivering measurable results.

Norma Vestey
Co-FounderNorma Vestey is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Encore Global Team. She brings decades of experience in technology, marketing, operations, client relationships, process improvement, and remote collaboration. Alongside her work with Encore Global Team, she continues to work in the software industry, supporting clients, improving workflows, and working with remote teams.
Originally from the Philippines and based in the United States for more than 25 years, Norma brings a cross-cultural perspective that helps bridge the needs of U.S. businesses with the strengths of Filipino professionals. At EGT, she focuses on client relationships, hiring strategy, and operational alignment to help build structured remote partnerships rooted in communication, trust, and long-term fit.
Norma is passionate about creating meaningful opportunities for talented Filipino professionals while helping businesses build reliable and well-supported remote teams.
