3. Vet

Every candidate goes through a structured vetting process before being presented to the client.

4. Match

Clients receive a curated shortlist of vetted candidates aligned with their business needs and working style.

The client conducts final interviews and selects the candidate they believe is the best fit for the role.

Once the offer is accepted, the placement is completed.

5. Align

Included with EGT Success and Managed Support

For clients who choose additional support, our involvement continues beyond placement to help support early-stage alignment and long-term working success.
